About this offer
Reporting to the CEO/CCO and as a Senior Business Developer, the job holder contributes to the continued strong momentum in the company and is responsible for developing the business in the subsidiary’s markets.
Responsabilities
- He/She will be in charge of managing the teams to ensure achievement of the revenue goals of the Business Developers under his/her responsibility.
- He/She is responsible for the identification and understanding of customer needs in the marketplace.
- He/She takes part in the discussions with other Country Managers and Business Developers at Group level in order to share best practices.
- He/She will ensure the competence-building of his/her team through training plans tailored to the needs of each member.
He/she will specially:
- 1. Develop and run commercial activities in the country;
- 2. Increase the revenue by integrating new partners and identifying new prospects;
- 3. Lead the deployments and management if the country ;
- 4. Ensure the activity reporting
Requirements, Skill & Competencies
- Higher education in business, marketing or engineering (Master or Post-Graduate Degree)
- At least 10 years of working experience
- Management of sales teams
- Proficiency in reporting tools SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- Commercial mindset
- Good knowledge of financial services and/or bank and Fintech industry
- Good knowledge of distribution networks
- Ability to cope with failure and stress
- Listening skills, leadership
- Autonomous, able to take initiatives, and rigorous
- Team player
- French as a plus
- CRM as a plus
- Entrepreunarial as a plus
