Position Overview
We are looking for dedicated and motivated staff to join our Sponsorship Service Division (SSD) in the regions of Funguane (Chibuto District) and Panda (Inhambane). The selected candidates will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing sponsorship activities, ensuring effective communication between sponsors and beneficiaries, and supporting the overall mission of GNMOZ in these communities.

Job Title: Sponsorship Service Division-1 Position
Job Site: Panda – Inhambane
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Child Sponsorship Program;
- Operating Child Management System (CIF, APR, ACL, GML, Drop-out);
- Monitoring sponsored child (Home visiting, Interviewing, Counseling, Delivering GML);
- Supporting CDP operation;
- Responsible for qualified tasks instructed by the employer.
Required Qualifications
- Education:
High School degree, relevant experience in Social Work, Education, Child Development, Community Development, Public Health.
- Experience:
2-3 years of experience in child sponsorship programs or community development projects; Experience working with children and families in a social service or community development capacity; Experience in working with databases or child management systems is beneficial.
- Other Considerations:
A strong commitment to the mission and values of Good Neighbors Mozambique;
Understanding of and experience in safeguarding and protection from sexual exploitation and abuse is highly desirable.
Languages
- Proficiency in Portuguese and English
