Our client in Maputo is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join their team for a job vacancy within the Automotive Sector
Responsibilities
- Answer phones and handle inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
- Schedule appointments and follow up on customer requests.
- Perform general office duties including filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records of vehicles and service information.
- Prepare and process service orders, invoices, and repair estimates, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
- Manage office supplies and equipment inventory, placing orders as needed, and ensuring the office environment is clean and organized.
Requirements
- Agile in the use of computers, office tools and management systems.
- High sense of versatility.
- Competence for the reception of vehicles, opening and closing of works.
- Treasury and cash control skills.
- Able to bill, issue receipts and credit/debit memos.
- Issuance of documentation, sending reports, payment slips, budgeting, communication with suppliers and customers.
